Currency

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you multiply the AUD price by 0.66, the result will be the approximate USD value. For EUR, multiply all prices by 0.61.

Orders

Pedals are built in batches. If I am sold out of a particular pedal being ordered, it will be made to order immediately. This however, might present a small delay due to demand. All pedals are completely built and tested by my own hands, using high quality and tested components sourced from all around the world.

Shipping

We ship all over the world! All pedals, inside Australia and Internationally, are sent using Australia Post (registered and tracked). Shipping costs will be applied at checkout. Select your country from the drop down list, and associated shipping costs will be applied.

A new option to use DHL Express has been added to the USA, UK and Europe. This presents a higher shipping cost, though has the advantage of faster delivery and more reliable service end to end.

USA delivery is only by DHL Express at present, who will contact you when the pedal/s reach customs to arrange tariff payment.

Returns

If the pedal arrives damaged, please contact me and I will organise a replacement. If you simply just want to return a pedal, it must be in original condition and within 2 weeks of delivery. Shipping costs at expense of buyer. Contact devtechaus@gmail.com.

Warranty

There is 2 years warranty on all DevTech Audio pedals. Please contact devtechaus@gmail.com for warranty requests.

What is in development?

There are a few exciting releases planned in the coming year. A new compressor inspired by the Cornish OC-1, and a dual Powerdriver18/DG Original release are on the way. Reviews to follow the releases. Looking further will see a Cornish dual pedal and a vintage style phaser.
